Jared: "This girl always wants to talk to me. She says 'hello' all the time and wants me to give her a 'hi-5'. NOT DOING THAT! I don't know why she wants to talk to me."
Mac: "You need to be nice to everyone."
Me (teasingly, of course): "Why don't you want to talk to her?"
Jared: "She bothers me."
Me: "Is she pretty?"
Jared: "Nope. She is a blonde....but she can still see.....I guess she just pushes her hair to the side."
Oh my word.....did he just get confused with the words 'blonde and blind' ??? He did. I had to remind him that blonde meant the hair color and blind meant lack of eye vision. Ah que mesican.

Reminds me of the time I posted about using sign language with a dead student. Its very important to get some words right.
