Nice try

So the summer charts are up. The kids have been earning stickers ( to earn rewards). This is the 3rd or 4th summer we do this and the kids do well.

The charts have several chores - some mandatory and some are optional (usually worth more points). One of the "optional" chores is : "pick up any trash scattered on the yard".

Today, Jared confessed to his sister:

"I took out the trash outside, and I dropped some trash. Then I picked it up, and put my sticker for 'picking up the trash on the yard'."

Sorry, buddy, but that DOES NOT count!
